Pengaruh Kompensasi, Pengembangan Karier dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh kompensasi, pengembangan karier dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pada karyawan PT. Indo Gemilang Sakti. Metode observasi ini bersifat asosiatif yaitu dimana menanyakan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan teknik pengunduhan sampel dari kuesioner satu yang telah di o melalui rumus slovin sebanyak 80 responden dari 100 responden. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji metode t, kuis f dan melihat koefisien determinan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, pengembangan karier dan motivasi kerja secara simultan maupun berpengaruh positif secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indo Gemilang Sakti.
