Abstract

Kebutuhan bibit kelapa sawit bermutu meningkat seiring perluasan dan peremajaan perkebunan, sehingga diperlukan perlakuan organik yang mudah diaplikasikan pada fase pembibitan utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui respons pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) fase main nursery terhadap beberapa konsentrasi eco enzyme. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Ampang, Kecamatan Kuranji, Kota Padang, pada ketinggian sekitar 10 m dpl, mulai Maret sampai Juli 2025. Percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap faktor tunggal dengan enam taraf konsentrasi eco enzyme, yaitu 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, dan 5 ml/L, masing-masing diulang empat kali sehingga terdapat 24 satuan percobaan. Parameter yang diamati meliputi tinggi bibit, jumlah daun, jumlah akar, panjang akar terpanjang, diameter batang, bobot segar, luas daun, dan normalitas bibit. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey HSD taraf 5%. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa eco enzyme berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi bibit dan jumlah daun, serta berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap panjang akar terpanjang. Konsentrasi 5 ml/L menghasilkan tinggi bibit 64,58 cm, jumlah daun 10,37 helai, dan panjang akar terpanjang 50,48 cm. Eco enzyme 5 ml/L dapat digunakan sebagai perlakuan organik pendukung pertumbuhan vegetatif bibit kelapa sawit fase main nursery.
